Reformation prices IPO at $15 per share on NYSE

Reformation Inc. priced its initial public offering of 14,062,500 shares of common stock at $15.00 per share, according to a press release statement. The womenswear company is set to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "REF" on July 30, 2026, with the offering expected to close on July 31, 2026.



Of the total shares offered, Reformation is selling 9,478,821 shares, while existing stockholders are offering 4,583,679 shares. The existing stockholders have also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,109,375 shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.



J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are serving as joint lead bookrunning managers. Citigroup and RBC Capital Markets are acting as joint bookrunning managers. Guggenheim Securities, Baird, William Blair, and BTIG are additional bookrunning managers, with Telsey Advisory Group serving as co-manager.



The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the company's Form S-1 registration statement effective on July 29, 2026. Reformation currently operates 70 retail stores across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and France, and serves more than 150 countries through its e-commerce platform.
