Red Violet launches public stock offering on Nasdaq

Red Violet, Inc. (NASDAQ: RDVT), an analytics and information solutions company based in Boca Raton, Fla., announced the commencement of a proposed underwritten public offering of shares of its common stock.
According to a press release, the company plans to grant underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares offered under the same terms. All shares will be sold by Red Violet, with proceeds intended for working capital, general corporate purposes, and potential strategic acquisitions.
Raymond James and Needham & Company are serving as joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters for the offering.
The offering is based on a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Nov. 19, 2025, which was declared effective on Nov. 25, 2025.
The company noted the offering is subject to market conditions, and there is no assurance as to whether, or when, the offering may be completed, or as to its final size or terms.
