Prospect Global Resources (PGRX) Plans Mixed Offering

Prospect Global Resources Inc. (NASDAQ: PGRX) announced that it intends to conduct an underwritten public offering of units, each consisting of one share of common stock, one series A warrant exercisable into common stock, and one series B warrant exercisable into common stock and additional series A warrants. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering.

Roth Capital Partners, LLC is acting as the sole manager for the offering.
