Prospect Capital (PSEC) Approves 12M Common Offering

Prospect Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: PSEC) is offering 12,000,000 shares of its common stock pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement in an underwritten public offering. Barclays Capital Inc. is acting as sole book-running manager in this offering and Prospect will grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,800,000 additional shares.
