Perseverance Metals raises private placement to C$10M

Perseverance Metals Inc. (TSXV: PMI) has expanded a private placement offering from C$8,000,005 to up to C$10,000,250, according to a company statement.



The offering consists of common shares priced at C$0.65 per share. The company said it intends to use the net proceeds to fund a diamond drill campaign at its Voyageur project in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, continued exploration at its Lac Gayot project in Quebec, and for general corporate purposes.



All securities issued under the offering are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day under Canadian securities laws. The offering requires approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, with completion targeted for early October 2026.



Perseverance Metals is a mineral exploration company with projects focused on nickel, copper, cobalt, platinum group elements, and lithium in North America. Its Voyageur project covers 680 square kilometers in Michigan, and its Lac Gayot project covers the 30-kilometer Venus Greenstone Belt in Quebec.
