Orion180 prices IPO at $12 per share on Nasdaq

Orion180 Insurance Group Inc., a homeowners and flood insurance provider based in Melbourne, Fla., has priced its initial public offering of 20,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at $12.00 per share, according to a press release.



The shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on Sept. 18, 2026, under the ticker symbol NASDAQ: OIG. The offering is expected to close on Sept. 21, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.



Orion180 has also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at the offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.



RBC Capital Markets, UBS Investment Bank, and Raymond James are serving as lead book-running managers for the offering. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities, Citizens Capital Markets, and Texas Capital Securities are acting as book-running managers.



Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Melbourne, Fla., Orion180 claims to be the second largest excess and surplus lines homeowners insurance provider in the United States by direct written premiums, with operations in 14 states. The company distributes its products through a network of more than 14,000 active independent agents as of June 30, 2026.
