Oracle Commodity Holding Corp. (TSXV: ORCL) (OTCQB: ORLCF) announced the completion of a non-brokered private placement raising $100,000 in gross proceeds.
The Vancouver-based mining royalty company sold 2,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.06 for three years from issuance.
The company plans to use proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes. The securities are subject to a four-month and one-day regulatory hold period, and no finder's fees were paid.
The offering requires approvals including from the TSX Venture Exchange. Oracle Commodity Holding holds royalties on precious metal and critical mineral mining projects.
The private placement was initially disclosed on January 23, 2026, according to the company's statement.
