Mint Incorporation closes $2.5M registered direct offering
Mint Incorporation Limited (NASDAQ: MIMI), a Hong Kong-based interior design and artificial intelligence company, announced the closing of a registered direct offering that raised approximately $2.5 million in gross proceeds, before placement agent fees and other expenses.
The company issued 1,400,000 Class A ordinary shares at $1.00 per share and pre-funded warrants to purchase up to 1,100,000 ordinary shares at $0.999 per warrant. The pre-funded warrants have been fully exercised, according to a press release from the company.
Maxim Group LLC served as the sole placement agent for the offering. Ortoli Rosenstadt LLP acted as U.S. securities counsel to the company, and Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP acted as U.S. securities counsel to the placement agent.
The offering was made pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-3 filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, which was declared effective on June 3, 2026.
