MediciNova, Inc. (Nasdaq: MNOV) plans to offer, subject to market and other conditions, units consisting of shares of its common stock and common stock purchase warrants in a firm-commitment underwritten public offering.

The sole underwriter is Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services Inc.
