Jayden Resources closes oversubscribed private placement at $1.03M
Jayden Resources Inc. (TSXV: JDN) has closed a non-brokered private placement that exceeded its initial target, raising $1,030,614 in gross proceeds, according to a press release from the Vancouver, British Columbia-based company.
The offering was originally announced on August 11, 2026, targeting up to 5,128,205 units at $0.195 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000. The offering was oversubscribed, with 5,285,202 units placed.
Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional share at $0.26 per share until September 23, 2028.
No finder's fees or commissions were paid in connection with the offering. The company stated that proceeds will be used for general working capital purposes.
All securities issued are subject to a hold period of four months and one day from the date of issuance. The closing remains subject to final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
