Integrated Quantum Technologies raises C$1.5 million in private placement
Integrated Cyber Solutions Inc. (CSE: ICS) (OTCQB: IGCRF) (FSE: Y4G), operating as Integrated Quantum Technologies, announced a non-brokered private placement of 1,500,000 common shares at C$1.00 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$1,500,000.
The shares sold in the offering will be subject to a four-month hold period under Canadian securities laws. The company plans to use the net proceeds for general working capital and software development.
The closing of the offering requires certain conditions to be met, including submission of required forms to the Canadian Securities Exchange.
Integrated Quantum develops quantum-ready infrastructure for artificial intelligence security and scaling. The company's AIQu platform supports its product strategy for privacy-preserving AI systems, with VEIL as its initial product designed to protect sensitive AI data and workflows in enterprise environments.
The securities have not been registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States without registration or an available exemption.
