Grizzly Discoveries corrects private placement use of proceeds
Grizzly Discoveries Inc. (TSXV: GZD) has issued a correction to its September 15, 2026 announcement of a non-brokered private placement offering, clarifying how it intends to use the proceeds raised.
The Edmonton, Alberta-based mineral exploration company is seeking gross proceeds of up to $2 million through the sale of Units, FT Units, and CMFT Units. Proceeds from the Units will be directed toward general working capital and exploration of the company's mineral properties. Proceeds from FT Units will fund mineral property exploration, while proceeds from CMFT Units will be used specifically for exploration targeting critical minerals, as defined by Canada's Income Tax Act.
The offering remains subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Grizzly holds approximately 72,700 hectares of precious and base metals properties in southeastern British Columbia.
