Global Interactive Technologies closes $2M private placement

Global Interactive Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: GITS) announced the closing of a $2.0 million private placement on June 29, 2026, generating gross proceeds before placement agent fees and offering expenses.

The financing was completed with a single institutional investor under a Securities Purchase Agreement the Seoul-based company had previously disclosed. D. Boral Capital LLC served as the exclusive placement agent for the transaction.
