Gamma Resources raises private placement ceiling to $1.75M
Gamma Resources Ltd. (TSXV: GAMA)(OTCQB: GAMXF)(Frankfurt: MRD0) has increased its non-brokered private placement to $1,750,000 in gross proceeds, according to a company statement.
The company originally announced the placement on July 31, 2026, targeting up to $880,000. It was raised to $1,500,000 on August 27, 2026, and increased again following the closing of the first tranche at $872,500.
The placement consists of up to 21,875,000 units priced at $0.08 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one non-transferable warrant exercisable at $0.12 per share for 36 months from closing.
In the first tranche, the company issued 10,906,250 units at $0.08 per unit. Finders' fees of $8,225 in cash and 102,813 finders' warrants were issued, with the warrants carrying an exercise price of $0.08 and a 24-month exercise window.
A second tranche is expected to close shortly, with company directors anticipated to participate. That participation is classified as a related party transaction under Multilateral Instrument 61-101, though the company states it qualifies for an exemption as the securities involved will not exceed 25% of its market capitalization.
All securities are subject to a four-month plus one day hold period. The placement requires acceptance from the TSX Venture Exchange.
Net proceeds are intended to fund exploration at the company's Mesa Arc project in New Mexico and Green River project in Utah, as well as for general working capital.
