Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ESLT) has filed a shelf prospectus with the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, according to a company statement.

The prospectus will remain effective for two years and would allow the company to raise funds through offerings of various securities, including debt and equity, in Israel. Any specific offering would be detailed in a supplemental shelf offering report at the time of issuance.

The company stated it has not made any decision regarding the scope, terms, or timing of any offering under the prospectus, and noted there is no certainty that any offering will occur.

Securities offered under the prospectus would not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933 and may not be offered or sold in the United States or to U.S. persons absent registration or an applicable exemption. Any offering would be limited to Israel unless otherwise specified in a supplemental filing.

Elbit Systems, headquartered in Haifa, Israel, reported $2.29 billion in revenues for the three months ended June 30, 2026, and an order backlog of $32.0 billion as of that date.
