Dollar Tree Inc. (NASDAQ: DLTR) expanded its commercial paper program to allow issuance of short-term, unsecured notes up to $2.5 billion in aggregate outstanding amount, the company announced November 10.

The program previously permitted the company to issue notes up to $1.5 billion in aggregate outstanding amount. The increased limit is authorized through the maturity date of the company's 364-day facility on March 20, 2026, or any extension of that facility. The program will revert to the $1.5 billion limit after that date.

The commercial paper notes are short-term and unsecured. Other terms and conditions of the program remain unchanged from those described in the company's Form 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 7, 2023.
