DayOne Data Centers files for Nasdaq IPO under ticker DODC
DayOne Data Centers Limited, a Singapore-headquartered data center operator, has filed a registration statement on Form F-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of American Depositary Shares representing its ordinary shares.
The company has applied to list the ADSs on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "DODC." The number of shares to be offered and the price range have not yet been determined.
Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, and Citigroup will act as underwriters for the offering.
Founded in 2022, DayOne operates data centers across ten markets in Asia Pacific and Europe, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Hong Kong SAR, Finland, and Spain. The registration statement has been filed but has not yet become effective.
