CleanTech Vanadium closes second tranche of private placement

CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp. (TSXV: CTV) (OTCQB: CTVFF) has completed the second tranche of a non-brokered private placement, raising CAD $290,000 through the sale of 2,900,000 units at CAD $0.10 per unit, according to a press release dated September 16, 2026.



Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the holder to purchase one additional share at CAD $0.15 for up to three years from the date of issuance.



In connection with the closing, the company issued 152,000 finder's units as finder's fees. Each finder's unit includes one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant, exercisable at CAD $0.15 per share for 36 months from the date of issuance.



The company stated that proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital purposes.



CleanTech Vanadium Mining is a Vancouver-based mining company with an option to acquire more than 17,550 acres of mineral rights in the Illinois-Kentucky Fluorspar District, and a 100% interest in the Gibellini Vanadium Mine Project in Nevada.
