Clean Air Metals plans C$150,000 flow-through share offering

Clean Air Metals Inc. (TSXV: AIR) (FSE: CKU) (OTC Pink: CLRMF) announced a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,500,000 flow-through common shares at C$0.06 per share, seeking to raise gross proceeds of up to C$150,000.
According to the company's statement, proceeds will be directed toward exploration and development activities at its Thunder Bay North Critical Minerals Project in Ontario, Canada, qualifying as "Canadian exploration expenses" under the Income Tax Act (Canada).
The offering is expected to close on or about October 9, 2026, subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. Securities issued will carry a four-month-plus-one-day hold period from the date of issuance.
CEO Mike Garbutt said, "This financing will allow the company to secure appropriate contracted resources to advance exploration activities at Thunder Bay North in the new year, as we work towards a successful closing of the proposed transaction with Fiore-backed Springbok Ventures."
The Thunder Bay North project, located 40 km northeast of Thunder Bay, hosts an indicated mineral resource of 14.9 million tonnes grading 2.66 g/t platinum and palladium, 0.40% copper, and 0.24% nickel, according to a November 2025 NI 43-101 technical report by SLR Consulting Canada Ltd.
