CapLease, Inc. (NYSE: LSE) announces a 10 million common stock offering.
CapLease intends to grant the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of its common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. Citi and Wells Fargo Securities are the joint book-running managers of the offering.
