Biohaven (BHVN) Prices 4.83M Shares at $51.75

Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd. (NYSE: BHVN) announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 4,830,917 of its common shares at a price to the public of $51.75 per share. In addition, Biohaven has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 724,637 common shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions. The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $250 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by Biohaven. The offering is expected to close on January 30, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.

Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC is acting as the book-running manager of the offering.
