Accelevation prices IPO at $18 per share on Nasdaq
Accelevation Holdings Corp., a designer, manufacturer and installer of structural, electrical and mechanical systems for mission-critical infrastructure, priced its initial public offering of 30,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at $18.00 per share, according to a press release.
The offering includes 10,000,000 shares offered by Accelevation and 20,000,000 shares offered by selling stockholders affiliated with Olympus Partners. The selling stockholders have also granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,500,000 shares at the IPO price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
Shares of Class A common stock are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol NASDAQ: ACCV on Sept. 30, 2026, with the offering expected to close on Oct. 1, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
Accelevation, based in Miamisburg, Ohio, said it intends to use net proceeds from the offering to purchase newly issued units in Accelevation Holdings LLC, which plans to use those proceeds to repay indebtedness, pay offering-related expenses and for general corporate purposes. Accelevation will not receive proceeds from shares sold by the selling stockholders.
Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan are acting as joint lead bookrunning managers. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Barclays and BofA Securities are acting as joint bookrunning managers. Houlihan Lokey, Baird, William Blair, Piper Sandler and Wolfe | Nomura Alliance are acting as additional bookrunners.
