AST SpaceMobile (ASTS) to Offer $65M in Commmon Stock

AST SpaceMobile, Inc. (NASDAQ: ASTS) announced today the launch of a public offering of $65,000,000 of its Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share. The Company will grant the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional $9,750,000 of shares of Class A Common Stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions, solely to cover over-allotments, if any. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
