Existing home sales for the month of July come in at 4.67 million, which compares to the economist estimate of 4.9 million. The number for June was revised from 4.77 million to 4.84 million.
Existing home sales fell 3.5% from the same month last year. The Street was looking for a 2.7% move higher.
