iPass (IPAS) Misses Q4 EPS by 1c

iPass (NASDAQ: IPAS) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.04), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenue for the quarter came in at $15.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $15.96 million.

We introduced our flat-rate unlimited offering, which takes the guesswork out of the cost of service and makes connecting to Wi-Fi a dial tone type experience. We secured strategic partnerships to embed iPass in more devices and services, and we added supplier partners to broaden our reach to end users everywhere. And, we launched iPass SmartConnect, our proprietary technology that invisibly improves the user experience, maximizes security, and helps us optimize our network access costs."
