iPass (IPAS) Misses Q3 EPS by 1c; $3M Stock Buyback

iPass (NASDAQ: IPAS) reported Q3 EPS of ($0.05), $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.04). Revenue for the quarter came in at $15 million versus the consensus estimate of $16.09 million.

The company announced in a separate press release, the iPass board of directors authorized the company to repurchase up to $3.0 million worth of the company's outstanding common stock from time to time in the open market or in negotiated transactions off the market through the end of 2016.
