Welltower (HCN) Tops Q3 EPS by 2c

Welltower (NYSE: HCN) reported Q3 EPS of $1.12, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $1.10. Revenue for the quarter came in at $971 million versus the consensus estimate of $957.93 million.

Welltower sees FY2015 EPS of $4.25-$4.35, versus the consensus of $4.35.
