W. P. Carey (NYSE: WPC) reported Q4 EPS of $0.67, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $442.39 million versus the consensus estimate of $418.42 million.

2026 AFFO guidance range of between $5.13 and $5.23 per diluted share announced, based on anticipated full-year investment volume of between $1.25 billion and $1.75 billion
