Tyler Technologies (TYL) Tops Q2 EPS by 3c, Offers FY Guidance

Tyler Technologies (NYSE: TYL) reported Q2 EPS of $0.87, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.84. Revenue for the quarter came in at $193.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $192.31 million.

GUIDANCE:

Tyler Technologies sees FY2016 EPS of $3.42-$3.50, versus prior guidance of $3.35-$3.45 and the consensus of $3.41. Tyler Technologies sees FY2016 revenue of $770-780 million, versus the consensus of $774.34 million.
