Timken (TKR) Tops Q1 EPS by 13c, Offers FY Guidance

Timken (NYSE: TKR) reported Q1 EPS of $1.35, $0.13 better than the analyst estimate of $1.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $980 million versus the consensus estimate of $973.85 million.

GUIDANCE:

Timken sees FY2019 EPS of $5.15-$5.35, versus the consensus of $5.27.

• The company expects 2019 revenue to be up approximately 8 to 10 percent in total versus 2018.
