ServiceNow (NOW) Tops Q1 EPS by 2c, Offers Q2 & FY Guidance

ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) reported Q1 EPS of $0.09, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.07. Revenue for the quarter came in at $305.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $300.88 million.

GUIDANCE:

ServiceNow sees Q2 2016 revenue of $322-335 million, versus the consensus of $333.75 million.

ServiceNow sees FY2016 revenue of $1.355-1.38 billion, versus the consensus of $1.36 billion.
