Prologis (PLD) Tops Q2 EPS by 17c

Prologis (NYSE: PLD) reported Q2 EPS of $0.82, $0.17 better than the analyst estimate of $0.65. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.25 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.11 billion.

• Core funds from operations (Core FFO)* per diluted share was $1.11 for the quarter compared with $1.01 for the same period in 2021.

GUIDANCE:

Prologis sees FY2022 EPS of $5.15-$5.25 vs $3.81 consensus.
