Oceaneering (NYSE: OII) reported Q4 EPS of $0.99, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.98. Revenue for the quarter came in at $918.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $961.57 million.

Oceaneering sees FY2015 EPS of $3.10 - $3.50, versus the consensus of $3.92.

Oceaneering sees Q1 2015 EPS of $0.58 - $0.62, versus the consensus of $0.90.
