NOV Inc (NOV) Reports In-Line Q2 EPS; offers guidance

NOV Inc (NYSE: NOV) reported Q2 EPS of $0.29, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.19 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.14 billion.

GUIDANCE

For the third quarter of 2025 management expects year-over-year consolidated revenues to decline between one to three percent with Adjusted EBITDA expected to be between $230 million and $250 million.
