LegalZoom (LZ) Tops Q4 EPS by 3c, provides guidance

LegalZoom (NASDAQ: LZ) reported Q4 EPS of $0.19, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenue for the quarter came in at $161.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $160.81 million.

GUIDANCE:

LegalZoom sees Q1 2025 revenue of $175-179 million, versus the consensus of $173.7 million.

Adjusted EBITDA is expected to be in the range of $33 million to $36 million

Guidance for the full year ending December 31, 2025 is as follows:

Revenue growth of approximately 5% year-over-year
Adjusted EBITDA margin of approximately 23%
