Kadant (KAI) Tops Q3 EPS by 41c; narrows guidance

Kadant (NYSE: KAI) reported Q3 EPS of $2.84, $0.41 better than the analyst estimate of $2.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $272 million versus the consensus estimate of $266.45 million.

GUIDANCE:

Kadant sees Q4 2024 EPS of $1.90-$2.10, versus the consensus of $2.31. Kadant sees Q4 2024 revenue of $252-260 million, versus the consensus of $263.1 million.

Kadant sees FY2024 EPS of $9.93-$10.13, versus the consensus of $9.93. Kadant sees FY2024 revenue of $1.047-1.055 billion, versus the consensus of $1.053 billion.
