Heartland Payment Systems (HPY) Tops Q2 EPS by 12c

Heartland Payment Systems (NYSE: HPY) reported Q2 EPS of $0.62, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $0.50. Revenue for the quarter came in at $149.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $151.6 million.

Same store sales rose 1.9% and volume attrition was 12.9% in the second quarter.
