HCP (HCP) Tops Q1 FFO by 1c

HCP (NYSE: HCP) reported Q1 FFO of $0.75, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.74. Revenue for the quarter came in at $529.99 million versus the consensus estimate of $518.87 million.

HCP sees FY2014 FFO of $2.96-$3.02, versus the consensus of $3.02.
