Fossil Group (FOSL) Misses Q4 EPS by 9c

Fossil Group (NASDAQ: FOSL) reported Q4 EPS of $1.03, $0.09 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.12. Revenue for the quarter came in at $959 million versus the consensus estimate of $977.13 million.

GUIDANCE:

Fossil Group sees Q1 2017 EPS of ($1.06)-($0.92). Net sales to decrease in the range of 13.0% to 9.5%

FY 2017 GAAP EPS of ($0.50)-$0.20. Net sales to be in the range of a 6.5% decline to flat
