Equinix (NASDAQ: EQIX) reported Q1 EPS of $1.44, in-line with the analyst estimate of $1.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.36 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.35 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Equinix sees Q2 2019 revenue of $5.545-5.595 billion, versus the consensus of $5.56 billion.

  • $1.880 - $1.910 billion, a normalized and constant currency increase of 13 - 14% over the previous year
  • $22.37 - 22.73 per share, a normalized and constant currency increase of 8 - 9% over the previous year, including the dilutive per share impact from the $1.2 billion follow-on equity raise in March 2019
  • Assumes $13 million of integration costs
