Enable Midstream Partners (ENBL) Misses Q4 EPS by 4c

Enable Midstream Partners (NYSE: ENBL) reported Q4 EPS of $0.14, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.18. Revenue for the quarter came in at $614 million versus the consensus estimate of $637.84 million.
As previously announced, on February 10, 2017, the board of directors of Enable's general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.318 per unit on all outstanding common and subordinated units for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. The distribution is unchanged from the previous quarter. The quarterly cash distribution of $0.318 per unit on all outstanding common and subordinated units will be paid February 28, 2017, to unitholders of record at the close of business on February 21, 2017.
Also, as previously announced, the board declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.625 on all Series A Preferred Units for the quarter ended December 31, 2016. The quarterly cash distribution of $0.625 on all Series A Preferred Units outstanding was paid February 15, 2017, to unitholders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2017.
