Duke Realty (DRE) Reports In-Line Q4 EPS, Offers FY Guidance

Duke Realty (NYSE: DRE) reported Q4 EPS of $0.29, in-line with the analyst estimate of $0.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $221.56 million versus the consensus estimate of $200.22 million.

GUIDANCE:

Duke Realty sees Q1 2016 EPS of $1.02-$1.08, versus the consensus of $1.17.
