Digital Realty Trust (NYSE: DLR) reported Q1 FFO of $1.39, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $1.33. Revenue for the quarter came in at $504.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $515.08 million.

GUIDANCE:

Digital Realty Trust sees FY2016 FFO of $5.60-$5.75, versus prior guidance of $5.50-$5.70 and the consensus of $5.54.
