CyrusOne (CONE) Tops Q1 FFO by 4c, Updates Guidance

CyrusOne (NASDAQ: CONE) reported Q1 FFO of $0.82, $0.04 better than the analyst estimate of $0.78. Revenue for the quarter came in at $225 million versus the consensus estimate of $231.13 million.

GUIDANCE:

CyrusOne sees FY2019 FFO of $3.30-$3.40, versus the consensus of $3.18. CyrusOne sees FY2019 revenue of $960-1000 million, versus the consensus of $977.6 million.
