Century Communities (CCS) Tops Q3 EPS by 20c; offers guidance

Century Communities (NYSE: CCS) reported Q3 EPS of $2.72, $0.20 better than the analyst estimate of $2.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.1 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.09 billion.

GUIDANCE:

Century Communities sees FY2024 revenue of $4.3-4.4 billion, versus the consensus of $4.306 billion.
