XHB Moving as Housing Starts Beat

SPDR S&P Homebuilders ETF (NYSE: XHB) is moving 1.4 percent higher this morning following housing data which came in better than expected. April housing starts were up 2.6 percent to 717K versus the consensus of 685K.
Building permits fell 7 percent to 715,000, which compares to the Street estimate of 730,000. Building permits for the prior month were revised slightly higher from an initial 747,000 to 764,000.
