S&P 500 Moves to Session Highs as Markets Continue Higher

The S&P 500 is moving to session highs on Tuesday. Trading above 2,080 points, its the highest the index has been since May 2nd.

The Dow is up 1.2 percent and Nasdaqi s up 1.1 percent.
