Bank of England's Carney Hints at Spring 2015 Rate Increase (FXB)
Guggenheim CurrencyShares British Pound Sterling Trust (AMEX: FXB) is active early following news that the Bank of England may raise rates in early 2015.
According to a speech being given by Mark Carney, Governor of the Bank of England, at the 146th Annual Trades Union Congress, Liverpool, England, the BofE will raise rates in spring 2015 with the goal of meeting inflation and jobs goals. The speech is embedded below:
