Today's most important downgrades

BofA Securities downgraded Capital One Financial (NYSE: COF) to Neutral from Buy and lowered its price target to $113.00 from $124.00. Shares were down more than 7% today.

DA Davidson downgraded Bird Global (NYSE: BRDS) to Neutral from Buy. Shares plunged nearly 20% today following the company’s reported worse-than-expected Q3 results.

Oppenheimer downgraded Carvana (NYSE: CVNA) to Perform from Outperform and removed its $100 price target. While the analysts remain optimistic about longer-term prospects for the company, they believe significant nearer-term operational and financial risks for Carvana have emerged and are likely to cloud the company’s investment story for the foreseeable future.

DA Davidson downgraded Brunswick Corp (NYSE: BC) to Neutral from Buy with a price target of $82.00. Shares fell more than 4% today.

Raymond James downgraded ViaSat (NASDAQ: VSAT) to Market Perform from Outperform.
