Roth Capital downgraded Clean Diesel Technologies (NASDAQ: CDTI) from Buy to Neutral with a price target of $1.50.
Analyst Matt Koranda commented, "We believe the materials science approach highlighted by new CEO Matthew Beale is the right long-term strategy for CDTI. However, with limited visibility into new streams of catalyst revenue, >$24mn/year of Honda revenue sun-setting in H2’17, and $3.0mn of cash remaining, we are moving to the sidelines. We look to become more constructive with greater visibility into powder-to-coat wins and long-term profitability. Downgrading to Neutral and PT to $1.50."
